- Allowed an unnatural accumulation of water and/or other liquids to be on the parking lot used by its invitees as a mode of ingress and egress to the facility;
- Failed to plan, design, construct, operate, manage, maintain, control, repair and upkeep the drain off pipe so as to be in a reasonably safe condition for use by its invitees;
- Failed to alleviate the unnatural accumulation of water and/or other liquids in the parking lot so that the parking lot would not be a hazard which Plaintiff at the time was using to enter the facility
