If settlement is in the best interest of our clients, we will pursue it as quickly and expeditiously as possible. However, if a settlement is not achieved within the manner and goal of our clients needs, we will prosecute to the full extent of the law.
Our work is concentrated in family law litigation, such as divorce, and personal injury litigation. We also represent clients in the areas of employment law, family law, business litigation, and real estate. William C. North previously worked in a firm that represented a major national insurance company. Having been an insurance defense lawyer in Chicago, William C. North uses this knowledge of insurance company procedures and philosophies to help maximize settlements of jury verdicts. Our belief is that the law can, and does, play an important role in our lives.
